To find out more about the author, read the quick biography. Here will be a few words about this site.

The aim of this site is threefold. The first aim is to provide a portal to Bryan’s online identity. Not everything will be open to the public, but a lot of information about Bryan or by him is freely available. He can be found at the respective locations:

Facebook
Google+
Twitter
LinkedIn
Zotero
Xanga
Math Help Forums
Talk Stats Forums

The second aim of this site is to be an outlet for his academic articulations–hence, the name. Bryan has been a part of the “blogging scene” since early 2000, and he has used a blog to speak about a lot of things. Here, the blog will focus on academic topics that can be used in school or business. Therefore, this site will focus on discussing topics from math, statistics, and philosophy. The site will also provide resources for learning statistics through code examples and projects.

Lastly, though not contemporaneously, this site will act as a tutoring or consulting framework. Bryan has interest in teaching others to excel where they feel weak, and it will benefit him, as well. Articulating ideas solidifies one’s own understanding of the material. As such, Bryan will also want to help students on their research by consulting with them on school projects. As he becomes a more credentialed statistician, this will move toward a professional relationship.
